SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- We provide FREE shipping on all orders over $30.
- Orders under $30 will be charged a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow up to two business days for us to process and ship your order out to you.
Delivery times may change depending on where you live, so please allow for extra time if you live regionally.
Some items such as nail polish are legally classified as ‘hazardous goods’ and must be shipped by road instead of air, which means they may take longer to reach you.
Due to COVID-19 some customers have experienced delays with their deliveries. Please be patient, your parcel is on its way.

Our carrier Australia Post works hard to meet these timelines, but sometimes issues do arise. Please allow up to 14 business days for all deliveries. If you are not receiving regular tracking updates or suspect there may be a problem, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and Victorian public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we are not currently shipping internationally, but it is something we are currently considering.

TRACKING
Once we process your order, you will receive a tracking notification via email. Please feel free to follow your delivery progress via the link to the Australia Post website.
RETURNS POLICY
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Customer satisfaction is our upmost priority.
If your order is missing an item, contains the wrong items, contains faulty or broken items or in some other way is not fit for purpose, we will send you a replacement(s) for free. In some cases we may require you to return a product, so that quality assurance can be undertaken by our trained staff.
If you have experienced any issues with your order please contact us within 30 days of placing your order and we will do our best to rectify for you.
Please note- we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
